Spent Christmas in the sun with the family. Perfect weather and thanks to everyone at the resort who made our stay so memorable. The staff were very friendly and the food was always fresh with plenty of choice. Always pool beds available and guests were very respectful of not reserving beds before 9am.

Resort lovely and clean as was the room, staff ALL lovely polite and helpful. Pool area had lots of sunbeds, clean large pool with childs pool also, the garden areas are spotless, location was brilliant 2 min walk to the strip of bars and shops , 5 min walk to one of a few beaches. Would deff be going back and would recommend to family and friends .

From the start of our arrival at the hotel, the reception staff were so welcoming and friendly. So impressed with our accommodation, it was very spacious with plenty of storage. Wide selection of tasty food. The whole complex was kept so clean and tidy. I would totally recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

We have just returned from a stay at this hotel. This was our first visit to Fuerteventura and like many other reviews, we have mixed feelings on this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and cleaned daily. We have stayed in cleaner places but it was adequate. There were two rooms and the shower room. A main room with a pull out sofa bed, TV and wardrobes and a bedroom with single beds pushed together. Some maintenance needed to be done. The tap on the bathroom sink had sunk into the worktop from water damage and was lopsided. Some of the metal legs were rusty where meets the floor which was not nice to see . The hotel advertised that rooms had been ‘Recently Refurbished’ however how recent that was we don’t know but definitely not holding up very well. The shower area seals had black mould in parts and you could see that the rail holding the glass shower screen in place was very dirty. Corrosion had set in some parts and leaked water when showering so had to ensure towel was near door to absorb water. Also check the milk left in your room. Out of the 4 left, 1 was out of date. We never used but just check as this had been mentioned. But overall, we liked the layout of our room. The safe was free and the air conditioning was the good. The food was lovely. Lots of choice. Fresh pizza was cooked at lunch and dinner which was lovely and the guy making them was always smiling. The dining area could have done with some new chairs. They were stained and some were falling apart. They also all seemed to have a layer of dust on the rungs. The staff in the dining area worked tirelessly, but a few more of them would have been better. It is true that the entertainment team seem to engage more with Italian guests. With the exception of two. I think his name was Carlos? And the children’s entertainer Ila. They treated everyone the same. Ila was very good with the children, getting them to join in and always had a smile and hello for my daughter. We agree with other reviews that they need to turn down the volume of the music. We like music but it blasted your ears. We had to sit across the other side of the pool. The main thing that let our stay down was the swimming pool. It was turning all lighter coloured swimwear green. Our daughter’s swimming costume started turning green after her first half an hour in the pool and got worse as the holiday went on. Basically anything in a lighter colour which included our swimwear was going a deeper tinge of green as time passed which we were not able to wash out! Other guests were also suffering the same, and it was even making the hair of blonde haired guests turn green. We even saw one man with a green beard. We complained about this twice and the staff came up with different excuses each time. Other guests had been given different excuses again. We absolutely loved this hotel, very welcoming, staff were so friendly and lovely, rooms were lovely, clean and spacious, they were clean every day could not fault the cleaning staff , and best thing was there was NO fighting for sunbeds well done food was excellent great variety every day, entertainment staff worked so hard day and night well done we will be definitely coming back again ☀️

Firstly I can see why families would pick this hotel as it is conveniently located and on paper would seem to have everything you would want, however all was not what it seemed. We arrived at 9.45pm at night with 2 small children and the staff member who was checking us in told us that they could get us some food but we would need to wait until 10.30pm…..pointed out the kids were tired and that wasn’t suitable. At no point was anything else offered so we were given directions and we were left to find out accommodation. We were in the top part of a block and had to lift up all the luggage and a pram. On entering the room, it was disappointing to see that the sofa bed hadn’t been made up for the kids and by this point they were exhausted. Phoned reception to be told they hadn’t noticed 4 people on the booking but would send someone. Someone came quite quickly and we got the kids to bed. I slept on the sofa bed with my little one and my other son went into the room with my older son. When we woke up the bed closest to the door in the bedroom was crawling with ants and all over my husband and child. Stripped everyone and got them showered and called reception. They sent the maids round as well as the cleaning manager. Manager was rude and not interested and the girl who was left to deal with us spoke no English but we used Google translator and she assured us she would get it sorted. Went to get beach towels at reception. You first set are free but if you want to replace them then it’s 1 euro per towel. They tell you this is the case as they are trying to reduce washing and help the environment which I am fine with but there has to be a better way with small kids. I suggested changing them after 2 or 3 days for free since they try and get you to not want your room cleaned for 2 days by offering the ballanese beds at the pool for free instead of the horrendous charge to use them. It just didn’t seem the same weight was given or compromise for families since this is a family hotel. The food in the main was ok but not much choice. Pizza and pasta every night with salads and then a choice of paella and rice and potatoes. A suggestion would be a kids section rather than in the main run as this often became congested with the numerous people jumping the queues with no regard for the families waiting. One morning I was patiently waiting my turn with my son and the manager (tall, blue suit) barged in and nearly knocked me down and didn’t bat an eye. My husband is gluten free and picked up a sealed roll to make a salad sandwich. In opening it, it had blue mould and again no one seemed bothered when it was taken back. The staff work hard but you can see they are understaffed. The pool shack where you got drinks and food during the day only ever had one person who was run off their feet. The many comments about the hotel catering for Italian guests was clear to be seen. We played bingo one afternoon and all the numbers were in Itali
